Hilsa Mustard

Ingredients:
Hilsa – 6 pieces
Mustard Seeds – 4 tsp
Oil – 3 tblsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Garlic Cloves – 6
Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1 cup

Method:
1. Grind the mustard and garlic fine.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Add the mustard paste and fry.
4. Pour the water and add salt.
5. Boil till half the water evaporates.
6. Add the hilsa pieces and cook.
7. Simmer till oil floats on top.
8. Remove and serve.
