Curd Fish with Masala Fry Recipe

Fish – 6 pieces
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Onion – 1/2, chopped
Garlic – 4 cloves
Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Sugar – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Ginger – 1/2
Mustard Oil – 1 tsp
Curd – 1/2 cup

1. Wash fish and apply turmeric and salt.
2. Grind ginger and garlic together.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Brown the onions.
5. Add chilli powder and ginger-garlic powder.
6. Fry till it leaves the sides of the pan.
7. Beat curd with salt and sugar.
8. Pour into the pan.
9. Add the fish pieces.
10. Simmer till done.
11. Serve hot.
