Curd Fish

Ingredients:
Rohu – 6 pieces
Onion – 1, chopped
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1/4 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Green Chillies – 2
Garlic – 6 cloves
Mustard Oil – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Grind the ginger and garlic.
2. Mix all the ingredients.
3. Cook on slow fire till done.
4. Remove and serve hot.
