Pomegranate and Walnut Dip

Red Chillies – 2 tblsp
Olive Oil – 150 ml
Dry Breadcrumbs – 1 to 2 tblsp
Pomegranate Juice – 1 tblsp
Walnuts – 175 gms, ground
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Allspice Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Parsley – to garnish, chopped

1. Moisten the chilli pepper with 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly until well blended.
3. Spoon into a small bowl.
4. Garnish with a little chopped parsley.
5. Chill until ready to serve.
