How to Make Banana Yogurt Shake Recipe

Ingredients:
Plain Yogurt – 2 cups
Cold Water – 1 cup
Bananas – 2, ripe, sliced
Sugar – 3 tblsp
Cardamom Powder – a pinch
Nutmeg Powder – 1/4 tsp

Method:
1. Blend the yogurt, water, sliced bananas, sugar and cardamom until frothy.
2. Transfer to individual glasses.
3. Sprinkle nutmeg powder on top.
4. Add 1 to 2 ice cubes and serve chill.
