Ingredients:
Okra (Bhindi) – 450 to 50 0gms
Oil – 2 tblsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Wash the okra and wipe it dry.
2. Trim both ends and slice it into 1/4 inch rounds.
3. Heat oil in a large pan.
4. Add the okra pieces and let it cook for a minute.
5. Stir well and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
6. Keep stirring until it is cooked through.
7. Remove from heat.
8. Add the red chilli powder and salt.
9. Serve with rice.
