Broccoli with Garlic and Black Pepper Recipe

Ingredients:
Virgin Olive Oil – 1 tblsp
Garlic Cloves – 5, thinly sliced
Broccoli – 1, trimmed, chopped and cooked
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper – 1 tsp, ground
Kopra (Dry Coconut) – 2 tblsp, grated or powdered

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add the garlic cloves and cook until it turns golden.
3. Add the cooked broccoli, salt, pepper and coconut.
4. Cook for 2 minutes and mix well.
5. Serve hot with rice.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
