Ingredients:
Onions – 3, diced
Oil – 2 tblsp
Green Chillies – 2, finely chopped
Brussels Sprouts – 450 gms, trimmed, halved
Ground Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Ground Coriander – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Add the onions and green chillies.
3. Saute for 3 minutes.
4. Add the sprouts and cook for 10 minutes until tender when pierced with a fork.
5. Add the cumin, coriander, red chilli powder and salt.
6. Simmer for 3 minutes more.
7. Serve hot with chapatis.
