Potato, Onion and Green Peas Curry Recipe

Vegetable Oil – 2 tblsp
Onions – 2, cubed
Potatoes – 2, cubed
Green Peas – 1/2 cup
Tomatoes – 2, diced
Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin – 1/4 tsp, ground
Coriander Seeds – 1/4 tsp, ground
Curry POwder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Brown Sugar – 1/4 tsp
Plain Yogurt – 3 tblsp
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp, chopped

1. Heat oil in a large pan.
2. Saute the onions until golden.
3. Add the potatoes and green peas.
4. Saute for 5 to 6 minutes until potatoes are tender.
5. Add the tomatoes, red chilli powder, cumin, coriander, curry powder, salt and brown sugar.
6. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
7. Add the yogurt and stir well.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Serve hot.
