Ingredients:
Olive Oil – 2 tblsp
Garlic Cloves – 2, minced
Asparagus – 400 to 500 gms, cleaned, trimmed
Water – 2 tblsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Method:
1. Cut the asparagus into 1 inch pieces.
2. Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
3. Saute the garlic until it turns golden.
4. Add the asparagus and water.
5. Saute for 6 minutes until tender but firm.
6. Add the red chilli powder and salt.
7. Stir gently.
8. Serve hot.
