Carrot and Capsicum Salad Recipe

Carrots – 4, peeled, finely chopped
Green Capsicum – 2, seeded, finely chopped
Fresh Lime Juice – 2 tblsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies – 2, minced
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp, chopped

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Stir well to mix together.
3. Keep it in a fridge for 2 to 3 hours.
4. Transfer to serving bowls and serve cold.
