Creamy Mushrooms

Button Mushrooms – 450 gms, cleaned
Virgin Olive Oil – 1 tblsp
Red Onion – 1, chopped
Hung Curd – 2 tblsp
Chilli Powder – a pinch
Black Pepper – a pinch, ground
Salt as per taste
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp

1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
2. Saute the onions for 3 minutes and add the mushrooms.
3. Saute for 3 more minutes until soft.
4. Add the curd, chilli powder, pepper, salt and coriander leaves.
5. Stir well.
6. Serve hot.
