Chicken Breast – 400 gms, cooked, shredded
Cucumber – 375 gms, sliced
Spring Onions – 4, sliced
Sesame Paste – 4 tsp
White Wine Vinegar – 1 tblsp
English Mustard – 2 tsp
1. Mix the spring onions, sesame paste, white wine vinegar and mustard in a large bowl.
2. Add the shredded chicken and toss to mix well.
3. Arrange the sliced cucumber on a large serving plate and place the chicken on top.
