Red Chilli Fried Fish Recipe

Ingredients:
Fish – 1 kg, cut into chunks
Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 2 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Lime Juice – 2 tblsp
Oil for frying
Rice Flour – 2 cups
Salt as per taste
Lime Wedges to garnish

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients, except flour and oil, and rub into fish.
2. Marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Spread the rice flour evenly on a plate and press each side of the fish gently, coating it evenly.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
5. Deep fry the fish for 8 to 10 minutes
6. Garnish with lime wedges.
7. Serve.
