Fish in Curd Curry

Ingredients:
Fish Steaks – 750 gms, cleaned, deboned, skinned and cut into chunks
Mustard Oil – 3 tblsp
Green Chillies – 4
Yellow Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Curd – 500 gms
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Heat 2 tblsp of oil in a pan.
2. Add the fish pieces and deep fry.
3. Remove and keep aside.
4. Grind mustard seeds, chillies and turmeric.
5. Add curd and beat well.
6. Add 1 tblsp of oil and mix.
7. To this, add the fried fish pieces.
8. Heat a flat pan over low flame and add the fish.
9. Cover and cook on very low heat for 20 to 22 minutes.
10. Serve with plain rice.
