Coriander Leaves – 1 bunch, chopped
Green Chillies – 2, chopped
Ginger – 1 inch piece, peeled and diced
Garlic – 6 cloves, peeled and diced
Coconut – 2 tblsp, desiccated

1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Add some water.
3. Grind to a thick chutney consistency.
4. Store in a fridge.
5. Use as required.

Stays good for 3 days.
