Coconut Black Masala

Ingredients:
Oil – 1 tblsp
Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
Garlic – 1 tsp, minced
Black Pepper – 1 tsp, ground
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coconut – 4 tblsp, desiccated

Method:
1. Heat oil in a flat pan over medium heat.
2. Add all the ingredients, except coconut.
3. Fry for 60 seconds and add coconut.
4. Fry till it turns light brown.
5. Turn off the heat.
6. Remove and cool.
7. Store it in the fridge.
8. Can be stored for upto 3 days.
