Coconut Red Chilli Masala Recipe

Dried Red Chillies – 6, large, deseeded and chopped
Ginger – 1 inch piece, peeled and roughly diced
Garlic Cloves – 6, peeled and diced
Coconut – 2 tblsp, desiccated
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece, broken
Cloves – 2
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
Aniseed Powder – 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg Powder – a pinch

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add some water and grind to a thick consistency.
3. Store in a fridge.
4. Can be stored for upto 3 days.
