Chicken Cakes


Chicken – 400 gms, minced
Onion – 1, peeled and chopped
Carrot – 1, peeled and chopped
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Cornflour – 1 tblsp
Soya Sauce – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Keep aside to marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
4. Shape the mixture into balls and flatten them with your palms.
5. Gently slide them into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
6. Serve hot with chilli sauce.
