Vegetable, Chicken and Rice Custard Recipe

Chicken – 1/2 cup, cooked and chopped
Carrots – 2, chopped
Oil – 1 tblsp
Celery – 1/2 cup, chopped
Cucumber – 1/2 cup, chopped
White Rice – 2 cups, cooked
Thick Cream – 1/2 cup
Eggs – 4, beaten lightly
Cheese – 1/2 cup, grated
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp, chopped
Parsley – 1 tsp, chopped
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste

1. Grease a square pan.
2. Heat oil and fry the carrots, celery, cucumber and chicken.
3. When the carrots are cooked, combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
4. Spread the mixture on the greased pan.
5. Bake for about 30 minutes or till the custard sets.
6. Remove and serve.
