Cucumber – 300 gms
Sesame Oil – 2 tsp
Mustard Oil – 1 tsp
Green Mango – 3 tsp, peeled and cut into small pieces
1. Cut the cucumber into small circles.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Add the mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
4. Add the green mango pieces and stir fry for a minute.
5. Add the cucumber pieces and mix gently.
6. Serve as a salad.
