Sweet Mango Delight with Ice Cream


Sweet Mango Pulp – 3 cups
Fresh Cream – 1 cup, thick
Sugar (optional)
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Ice Cream to serve

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the mango pulp with cream and cardamom powder.
2. If the mango pulp is not sweet, add some sugar.
3. Keep it in the fridge.
4. Just before serving, add a scoop of ice cream.
5. Serve.
