Kofta Fish Balls

Ingredients:
White Fish – 400 gms, cooked
Onion – 1, minced
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp, ground
Ginger – 1 tsp, ground
Lime Juice – 1 tblsp
Eggs – 2, beaten
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
Breadcrumbs

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together except eggs, breadcrumbs and oil.
2. Shape into small balls.
3. Roll in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.
4. Deep fry till golden brown.
5. Remove and drain.
6. Serve as a snack.
