Ingredients:
King Prawns – 1kg, shelled, deveined, tails intact
Plain Flour
Oats – 1/2 cup
Almonds – 1/2 cup, chopped
Egg – 1
Milk – 1 tblsp
Oil
Method:
1. Dust prawns with the flour.
2. Combine the egg and milk in a bowl.
3. Dip the prawns in this mixture.
4. Mix oats and almonds together.
5. Coat the prawns with this mixture.
6. Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
7. Deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown.
8. Sprinkle salt.
9. Serve with mayonnaise and ketchup.
