Fish – 500 gms, cut into strips
Egg – 1, beaten
Milk – 2 tblsp
Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
Cheese – 1/4 cup, grated
Plain Flour
Oil for deep frying

1. Season the strips of fish with salt and pepper.
2. Toss the fish strips in flour.
3. Combine the cheese and breadcrumbs.
4. Dip into the combined egg and milk.
5. Dip into the cheese-breadcrumbs mixture.
6. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
7. Serve hot.
