Spinach – 1 cup
Butter – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
Hard-boiled Eggs – 5, quartered
Cheese Sauce

For Cheese Sauce:
Milk – 2 cups
Cheese – 1 cup, grated
Mustard – 1 tsp
Flour – 1 tblsp

1. To make the sauce, heat all the ingredients in a pan, stirring, till the cheese dissolves.
2. Cook till thick and keep aside.
3. Cook the spinach and drain.
4. Make sure all the water has drained and spinach is dry.
5. Chop it finely.
6. Add butter, salt and pepper.
7. Pour the cheese sauce on top.
8. Serve.
