Ingredients:
Hard-boiled Eggs – 4, shelled
Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup, seasoned with salt and pepper
Flour to coat
Egg – 1, beaten
Chicken – 350 gms, minced
Oil for deep frying
Method:
1. Cover each egg firmly with the chicken meat.
2. Roll in the flour and then the egg.
3. Add the breadcrumbs and chill till ready to fry.
4. Deep-fry till golden brown.
5. Serve with salad as a snack.
