Egg Cheese Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
Cheese – 60 gms, grated
Flour – 30 gms
Egg – 1, separated
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
Oil for deep frying

Method:
1. Mix the cheese, flour, salt and pepper with the egg yolk.
2. Whip the egg white stiffly.
3. Stir lightly into the cheese mixture.
4. Drop teaspoonfuls into hot oil.
5. Cook till golden brown.
6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
