Quick Chilli Toast

Ingredients:
Bread Slices – 12, crusts removed
Butter – 100 gms
Garlic Cloves – 2
Green Chilli – 1, ground
Coriander Leaves – 1 tsp, chopped
Pepper – 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Beat the butter, garlic, coriander and pepper till well combined.
2. Spread on the bread slices.
3. Cut the bread into quarters and place on an ungreased oven trays.
4. Bake for about 25 minutes till lightly toasted.
5. Serve with ketchup.
