Ingredients:
Fish – 500 gms
Potatoes – 250 gms
Onions – 200 gms
Flour – 500 gms
Pepper – 1tsp
Oil – 250 gms
Green Chillies – 15
Salt as per taste
Egg – 1
Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Mint Leaves – a bunch
Curry Leaves – few
Method:
1. Boil the fish and mash well.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Except flour, egg and salt, fry the rest of the ingredients in oil.
4. Remove from fire and keep aside.
5. Mix the flour with egg and salt.
6. Knead well and roll out thinly.
7. Keep 1 tblsp of the fish mixture on this and fold it firmly.
8. Fry in oil.
9. Serve.
