Ingredients:
Flour – 500 gms
Fish Flour – 50 gms
Sugar – 250 gms
Lemon – 1
Ghee – 200 to 250 gms
Milk – 1/2 cup
Baking Powder – 1/2 tblsp
Egg – 1
Salt as per taste
Food Colour – a pinch

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients and make a dough.
2. Knead well.
3. Roll out thinly small portions of the dough on a pastry board.
4. Cut out into required shape.
5. Bake for 15 minutes.
6. Remove and serve as a snack.
