Vegetable Stock Recipe

Ingredients:
Carrots – 1 kg, diced
Ginger – 100 gms, crushed
Spring Onions – 100 gms
Onion – 50 gms, crushed
Water – 3 litres

Method:
1. In a muslin cloth, tie all the vegetables together.
2. Boil the water in a pan.
3. Add the vegetables tied in muslin cloth.
4. Simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour, skimming the surface if necessary.
5. Strain it using a muslin cloth into a clean pan.
6. Use as required.
