1. Peel and cube the vegetables.
2. Wash and cook with salt.
3. Cover and simmer till it leaves enough water.
4. Pressure cook till done.
6. Pound garlic and chillies fine.
7. Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
8. Then add garlic cloves and green chillies.
9. When garlic starts changing color, pour in the vegetables.
10. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
11. Serve hot.
