Mustard Mushroom Fry

Mushrooms – 400 gms, diced
Onion – 2, chopped
Garlic – 8 to 10 cloves
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Tomatoes – 2, diced
Mustard Paste – 4 tsp
Green Chillies – 3 to 4, split
Mustard Oil – 2 tblsp
Water – 2 tblsp

1. Grind mustard seeds and garlic together.
2. In a pan, mix all the ingredients.
3. Cover with a lid and Cook till done.
4. Remove the lid.
5. Cook till it becomes dry and the water has evaporated.
6. Transfer it to a serving dish.
7. Serve with rice or roti.
