Ingredients:
Cauliflower – 400 gms, cut into medium-sized florets
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Jeera Powder – 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Curry Leaves – few
Red Chillies – 2
Fennel Seeds – 1/2 tsp, powdered
Ajwain Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Coconut – 1 to 2 cups, grated
Oil – 5 tblsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Heat the oil and add the mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
2. Fry the cauliflower pieces on medium heat till brown in colour.
3. Lower the heat and mix in the spices and stir gently.
4. Cover with a lid and cook on very low heat for 3-4 minutes.
5. Mix in the coconut and stir gently.
6. Serve with pulao or rotis.
