Ingredients:
Strawberries or Blueberries – 150 gms
Bananas – 3, sliced
Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp (optional)
Plain Yogurt – 500 ml
Milk – 200 ml

Method:
1. Peel the bananas and then roughly chop them into small slices.
2. Put them into the blender.
3. Add the blueberries, vanilla extract, yoghurt, and milk.
4. Blend until the mixture is smooth, thick, and creamy.
5. Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and serve.
