Ingredients:
Sago – 2 cups
Curd – 2 cups
Rice Flour – 4 cups
Flour – 2 cups
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Onions – 4, finely chopped
Curry Leaves – 10, chopped
Coriander Leaves – 1 to 2 bunch, chopped
Green Chillies – 10, chopped
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep frying
Method:
1. Soak sago in curd for 3 to 4 hours before preparing the pakodas.
2. After it has soaked, add rice flour, chilli powder, chopped onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt.
3. Mix well, adding water if required, to make a paste.
4. Make lemon-sized balls.
5. Flatten them into small cutlets and deep fry in hot oil.
6. Remove and drain.
7. Serve with chutney of choice.
