Moong Dal – 1/2 cup
French Beans – 2 1/2 cups, cleaned and cut into 1 inch pieces
Zucchini – 2 cups, cleaned and cut into 1 inch pieces
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tblsp
Rice Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Mustard Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coconut – 1/4, ground
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida – a pinch
Salt as per taste

1. Cook the dal in water till soft.
2. Drain the excess water.
3. Add salt, zucchini and beans.
4. Cook till tender but not too soft.
5. Add the other ingredients.
6. Cook till a thick gravy like consistency is achieved.
7. Serve with rice.
