Dosakai Pachadi Recipe

Oil – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves – 3 to 4
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp, ground
Coconut – 1/8 cup, ground
Green Chillies – 1 to 2, ground
Cucumber – 150 gms, peeled
Salt as per taste
Ground Black Pepper as per taste
Curd – 3/4 cup

1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
3. Fry for a minute.
4. Add mustard seeds, coconut and chillies.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Grind cucumber fine.
7. Drain out the liquid.
8. Add salt, pepper and fried spices.
9. Beat curd to smooth creamy consistency.
10. Add to the spices and cucumber.
11. Serve.
