Ginger Syrup

Ingredients:
Ginger Exract – 4 cups
Sugar – 8 cups
Citric Acid – 3 tsp
Sodium Benzoate – 1/4 tsp (preservative)

Method:
1. Mix the ginger extract, sugar and citric acid together.
2. Heat till boiling.
3. Remove and cool down.
4. Filter the syrup, add the sodium benzoate.
5. Transfer it to bottles.
6. To server, dilute with water.

This is a healthy digestive drink.
