Ingredients:
Raw Bananas – 2, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Oil – 1/4 cup
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tblsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coconut or Kopra – 1/4, ground
Besan Flour – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Wash the banana pieces and keep aside.
2. Heat oil and fry the bananas with turmeric powder.
3. Cover and put a little water on top of the lid.
4. Simmer for a few minutes.
5. Add all the other ingredients and fry for a few minutes.
6. Serve hot.
