Aratikaya Pachadi

Raw Bananas – 4
Ginger – 1 tsp, chopped
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Salt as per taste
Green Chillies – 10, ground
Curd – 2 cups
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Chana Dal – 1 tsp
Dry Red Chillies – few
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tblsp
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Juice of 1 Lime

1. Boil the bananas with the skin.
2. Peel the skin and cut them into 1 inch pieces.
3. Mix the curd, ginger, turmeric, salt and green chillies.
4. Add the banana pieces.
5. Fry the urad dal and chana dal, red chillies and mustard seeds till the dals brown.
6. Pour this over the curd mixture and cover.
7. Remove the lid after 5 minutes.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice.
9. Serve.
