Ingredients :

Plantains (unripe ones) – As required.
Oil – For frying.

Method :

Take large sized plantains (unripe ones) and cut into half. Remove the skin. Heat oil and when it comes to boil, slice the plantains directly into the oil using a chips slicer. Turn over until fully cooked and crisp.
