Ingredients:
Cooked Mince – 500 gms
Juice of 1 Lime
Mint Leaves – 6, chopped
Water as required
Peels and Juice of 4 Oranges

Method:
1. Peel oranges and remove the white pith.
2. Cut the peels into long narrow strips.
3. Boil these strips till they are soft and throw out the water.
4. Add the strips to the mince.
5. Fry together for a few minutes.
6. Add the lime juice and simmer together.
7. Garnish with mint leaves.
8. Serve hot with roti.
