Angaar Murgh Recipe

Chicken – 2, small about a kg each
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1, finely sliced
Ginger – 1 tsp, ground
Garlic – 1 tsp, ground
Green Chillies – 6, ground
Curd – 250 gms
Salt as per taste

For Garnish:
Limes – 2, sliced
Onion – 1, cut in rings

1. Cut each chicken in 6 pieces.
2. Rub ghee and salt on them and keep aside for 12 hours.
3. Mix the onions, ginger, garlic and chillies with curd.
4. Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture for 12 hours.
5. Brush the chicken with melted ghee and barbecue on a charcoal fire.
6. Garnish with onions rings.
7. Serve with slices of lime.
