Ingredients:
Urad Dal – 1 cup
Rice – 2 cups
Water as required
Cumin Powder – 1 tblsp, dry roasted
Salt as per taste
Oil

Method:
1. Soak and grind urad dal coarsely.
2. Grind the rice coarsely.
3. Mix both together with hot water, cumin powder and salt.
4. Pour a ladle of the batter on an oiled deep tawa.
5. Cook on a slow fire.
6. Flip over and cook the other side till done.
7. Serve hot with chutney.
