Ginger Lime Sherbet Recipe

Ingredients:
Water – 3 cups
Sugar – 500 gms
Juice of 12 Limes
Ginger – 250 gms, ground
White Vinegar – 100 ml

Method:
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Add sugar and stir well.
3. Add the lime juice and keep stirring gently.
4. Add ginger and mix well.
5. Add the white vinegar.
6. Cover and keep aside for 24 hours.
7. Bottle and refrigerate.
8. Serve diluted with water as per taste.
