Multi Grain Dosai (Kadhamba Dosai)

Ingredients:
Ragi Flour – 1 cup
Dosai Batter – 1/4 cup
Oats – 2 tblsp, powdered
Whole Wheat Flour – 2 tblsp
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece, peeled and grated
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp, chopped
Green Chillies – 2, finely chopped
Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
Asafoetida Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil

Method:
1. Place all ingredients, except oil, in a bowl.
2. Gradually add 1 to 1 1/4 cups of water.
3. Mix to make a smooth thick batter of pouring consistency.
4. Heat a tawa over moderate heat.
5. Pour a ladle of batter and spread to form a 6 inch round dosai.
6. Drizzle 1 tsp oil around edges.
7. Raise heat and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, till base is golden brown.
8. Turn over carefully and fry the other side till crisp and golden.
9. Remove from heat.
10. Serve hot with chutney of choice.
