Egg Whites – 2, beaten stiffly
Cheese – 1/4 cup, grated + little extra
Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
Oil for deep frying

1. Beat the egg whites till stiff.
2. Add the cheese and the seasonings.
3. Heat the oil in a pan.
4. Drop in small teaspoons of the mixture and fry until golden brown.
5. Drain.
6. Just before serving, sprinkle with extra grated cheese.
