Ingredients:
Butter – 250 gms
Cheese – 200 gms, grated
Flour – 1/4 kg, sifted with 2 tsp of baking powder
Cornflakes – 2 cups, crushed
Egg – 1
Egg Yolk – 1
Milk – 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper

Method:
1. Beat the egg and egg yolk with 1 tblsp of milk.
2. Cream the butter well and add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Mix well.
4. Take small portions of the dough and roll out between 2 sheets of plastic wrap.
5. Cut into shapes and place on greased baking sheets.
6. Bake for about 15 minutes till golden.
7. Serve hot.
